Call for Talent, Jobs in AI, Upcoming Events & more

Calling all Future AI Founders & Future VCs

Last week we put out a call for talent and have had some amazing candidates apply, which we are in the process of reviewing. We are still collecting applications for the next few days so read on and apply if you haven’t already! Deadline is March 13, 2025.

Are you interested in starting an AI company or joining an AI VC down the road? The AI Furnace is looking for 2-3 All Star Strategy and Operations Interns to join us this spring to support the AI Hot 100 Summit 2025 — an exclusive, invite-only gathering bringing together AI executives from Fortune 500 companies and some of the hottest AI startup founders in the world.

We’re looking for 10x people with high agency, initiative and an ownership mindset with killer execution skills, willing to roll-up their sleeves and get shit done. The learning curve will be exponential and in just a short time period, you’ll get 10 years’ worth of contacts in just a few months.

The commitment will be a minimum of 20 hours per week - so do not apply if you have multiple projects going on.

We’re looking for a variety of interns with skills ranging from operations, research, outreach and sales, social media, software development, automations, database development and more.

We’re only accepting a few people to join us.

The select interns that come on, will get opportunities to:

  • Meet and interact with some of the hottest AI founders + startups in the world who have raised anywhere between $4M-$50M

  • Meet VC partners at Tier-1 VCs like a16z, Bessemer, Sequoia, and more

  • A chance to liaise and interact with Fortune 500 AI Business Leaders, who manage the biggest AI budgets in the world

If you’re a hustler and willing to put in the work, apply now.

⚙️ New Tools & Product Launches You Won’t Want to Miss

Neo is an AI teammate that goes beyond helping you write code — completing entire tasks across your software development ecosystem. Unlike AI copilots requiring constant prompts, Neo integrates directly into your tools and processes, seamlessly working within tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and more.

Key Features

  • Assign Tasks, Not Prompts: Instead of copy-pasting between AI tools, assign work to Neo in your project management system, and Neo completes the task like a real team member.

  • Understands Context: Neo gathers requirements and info across all tools: your tickets, the rest of the sprint, documentation, URLs, attachments and your entire code base to complete tasks.

  • Seamless Collaboration: Neo integrates into your team’s workflows, learning naming conventions, PR templates, and coding standards without manual setup.

  • Project Management: Neo modifies tickets in your project management tool, adds and removes labels, changes assignees, moves status, moves tickets to sprints and backlogs, and breaks down tasks into subtasks. You can even populate sprints from a simple whiteboard photo.

  • PRs & Code Reviews: Neo creates well-documented pull requests, reviews code, replies to comments, addresses code comments, fixes CI/CD errors, and integrates with linters.

Who Can Benefit?

Neo is built for enterprise software development teams to eliminate workflow bottlenecks and ship significantly faster. Find out more at sagittal.ai.
