Why is Maven AGI part of the Hot 100? Customer service is going to change drastically with the introduction of AI Agents. Customer service touches on nearly every industry, and this will impact and re-define whole industries and economies in this space.
Maven AGI is building a customer service AI Agent to elevate customer support with conversational AI. They already have enterprise customers such as TripAdvisor and Hubspot, and the co-founding team is killer. Jonathan Corbin (CEO) saw the Customer Experience problems first hand as ex-Vice President of Customer Success & Strategy at Hubspot, Sami Shalabi (CTO) built one of the largest personalization engines in the world at Google News (1B+ users) and Eugene Mann (CPO) led Product at Google with a focus on personalization.
We think in the next few years customer service could truly change and be automated using AI but with true personalization, and Maven AGI is the one we’re betting on as they build out Business AGI.
They raised $28M in funding led by M13.
